EGNATIA ROM SRL

EGNATIA TEL subsidiary in Romania is EGNATIA ROM SRL. The company was established in 2005 and its headquarters are in Bucharest. In its four-year presence in the country, EGNATIA ROM was granted the award of the best newly established medium enterprise (2005) and is currently providing nearly the whole range of services provided by the mother company. Until now, its clients are Cosmote and Vodafone for the development of mobile telephony networks, Romtelecom for fixed telephony network development services, Piraeus Bank and CEC Bank for the development of retail networks and finally, E-on and other private investors for wind energy potential metering services. The company is also an accredited supplier of NSN, Ericcson, Huawei and ZTE. The company planning includes its further penetration of the sectors where it is already active and the launching of activities in the sectors of renewable energy sources and real estate development, building on the organisation and the know-how of the Group.

EGNATIA O Bulgaria Ltd 

EGNATIA TEL subsidiary in Bulgaria is EGNATIA O Bulgaria Ltd. The company was established in 2001 with headquarters in Sofia. In its eight-year presence in the country, EGNATIA O Bulgaria has been able to expand its activities beyond the initial telecommunication scope and is currently providing most of the services offered by the mother company. Until now, its clients are Globul, for the development of mobile telephony networks, Piraeus Bank and Alpha Bank, for the development of retail networks, whereas the company is also an accredited supplier – collaborator of NSN, Ericsson and Huawei. The company planning includes its further penetration of the sectors where it is already active and its expansion to the sectors of renewable energy sources and real estate development, building on the organisation and the know-how of the EGNATIA Group of companies.

 

EGNATIA O Albania 

EGNATIA TEL subsidiary in Albania is EGNATIA O Albania. The company was established in 2000 and its headquarters are in Tirana. By 2008, the local company had strategically focused its activities on the telecommunication sector. However, it is already seeking to provide the other services offered by the mother company. Until now, its clients are AMC for the development of mobile telephony networks, NSN for the provision of services related to the AMC mobile telephony network and for fixed telephony services on its behalf. The company is also an accredited supplier of NSN, Ericsson and Huawei. The company planning includes its further penetration of the sectors where it is already active and the launching of activities in the renewable energy source sectors, building on the organisation and the know-how of the EGNATIA Group of Companies.

 

EGNATIA Skopje DOEEL 

EGNATIA TEL subsidiary in Macedonia is EGNATIA Skopje DOEEL. The company was established in 2002 and its headquarters are in Skopje. Up until 2007, the local company had strategically focused its activities on the telecommunication sector having clients such as Cosmofon (of the Cosmote Group), VIP (of the Austrian Mobilcom Group) and ONE. However, the year 2008 witnessed expansion steps both in the development of a retail network for Alpha Bank and in the development of real estate at the new ski resort of Kozuf, very close to the borders with Greece. Furthermore, the company is an accredited supplier of NSN, Ericsson and Huawei. Apart from its further penetration of the sectors where it is already active, the company planning includes the launching of activities in the renewable energy source sectors, building on the organisation and the know-how of the EGNATIA Group of companies.
